So, it's not a matter of whether it's going to happen, it is going to happen."
Since it seems to be a matter of time before the $100 laptop, now named 2b1: The Children's Machine, makes its mark, how can educators in developing countries prepare?
How can educators in developing countries prepare for the infusion of laptops into their classrooms?
Who is responsible for helping educators become prepared to maximize the potential for the use of laptops in classrooms?
