APA-Kigali (Rwanda) Rwanda plans to buy at least 100,000 laptops this year in a bid to foster its “One Laptop Per Child” program in private and public primary schools. The government has targeted at least 50% of the schools in the country to have the program implemented by 2010, the coordinator for the One Laptop per Child program in the education ministry, Richard Niyonkuru said. |
