On any given day, Mrs. Sheff's science class visits the Smithsonian and the Brea Tar Pits all before lunch break. With the help of Sonrise Christian School's Laptop Learning Program, in-class field trips are an everyday thing at the Covina and Glendora campuses. "We want to give students all the tools they need to succeed," said Superintendent Dr. Tim Burlingame. "The program is expanding how they learn things, they are doing more, going more in depth on a lesson." |
