Laptop funding debate continues |

It was billed as a breakthrough in Hoosier education: a plan to provide every middle and high school student in Charlestown and their teachers with laptop computers this fall. But the $1.2 million One-to-One program that was introduced at a public meeting in January has split the Greater Clark County school board because of concerns about how to pay for it. |
