Imphal, August 30 2009: State education minister, L Jayentakumar today said that the scheme of the Union Human Resource Development Ministry to provide a laptop each students studying in government run schools free of cost will be commenced from the coming academic session.
However, giving the laptop to each student will not be possible during the first phase of the implementation of the scheme at the technical points of view of the vast scheme involving huge expenditure, the minister said talking to Hueiyen Lanpao. |
