The Charlestown Redevelopment Commission on Tuesday put the final piece in place for the city to fund its one-to-one laptop computer initiative. The commission voted 3-0 to pay $28,000 per year over three years, for a total of $84,000. All of the money will come out of the city’s tax increment financing, or TIF, funds. |
