| Members of parliaments from the East African Community (EAC) and the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) on Friday recommended urging all member states to adopt the ‘One Laptop Per Child’ project that was recently launched in Rwanda, as a sustainable measure of enhancing ICT skills among the region’s children. |
