| Education Minister Dr Tim Gopeesingh said yesterday that the cost of each laptop remains at $4,000, while an estimated commercial value of $12,000 to $15,000 has been placed on each of them. He was commenting on a page seven story headlined "Laptops jump from $4,000 to $15,000" in yesterday's Express. The story erroneosly stated that the cost of each computer was between $12,000 to $15,000. |
