A plan by School Town of Munster to charge students in grades 5-12 a $250 annual fee for laptop computers has some parents concerned. Parent Kevin Cappo tells The Times of Munster that he'll have to spend $1,000 for each of four children over four years to buy high-priced computers when the family already has three laptops at home. |
