Call for laptops for Kiwi students |

The New Zealand Institute is urging the Government to consider buying laptops for all Kiwi school students. The think tank is set to meet with the Ministry of Education and warns the ultra fast broadband rollout will be pointless for schools if there is no Government strategy to make it available to students. The New Zealand Institute's Rick Boven said e-learning is complicated and central Government needs to get on board to help schools adapt. |
