PUPILS will get an early back to school gift from this month. More than 60,000 NSW public school children will receive new laptops, as part of a statewide rollout. The Lenovo computers will be used by year 9 pupils. More than 7000 will be given out in Sydney schools. The computers, which are worth almost $700 each, were developed in co-operation with the education department, to meet students’ educational needs. |
